1. What is your Return Policy and Procedure?
Happiness of our customer is very important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your order; You can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery, However, it must be in its original packaging, unused and labels have not been removed.
You can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will not have the right to return any products that do not meet the health and hygiene conditions. Returns found to be in such situation will not be accepted.

Returns can be sent via your local post office/ courier service of your choice (excluding DHL Express). Please note, you'll need to cover the postage costs.

3. What is your refund process?
After we receive your return package and the confirmation process is complete, you will be fully refunded through the payment channel you've used. Depending on your bank's payment processing policies, it may take up to 14 days for your total refund amount to be reimbursed to your account.
4. Can I cancel my order?

We cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped.
