• How can I track my order?

To learn the status of your order;

1. After logging in, click on the My Account tab in the upper right corner of the main page in the first step, and then click on the "My Orders" button in the drop-down menu.
2. On the incoming page, click the "View" button opposite the order whose status you want to query.
3. In the details on the page that opens, you can see the status of your order. To find out the cargo status details of your orders placed in the cargo, click on the "Cargo Tracking" button in the order details.

If you used the fast order option and placed an order, you can contact the relevant cargo company with your "Shipment Code" included in the e-mail and SMS notifications that will be sent to you when your order is delivered to the cargo company, or you can follow the status of your cargo by visiting the website.
